Letter of Credit has to be opened with clear Purchase Order and allowing 21 days for documents presentations to the Bank.

 

交貨期為收到合同（包括明確的技術附件協議）和預付款（或開具信用證）后3個月內。如果由于買方原因要求延遲發貨，由買方承擔設備倉儲的費用和風險。
Time of delivery is within 3 month after receipt of the purchase order, down payment or irrevocable confirmed letter of credit, as well as clarification of all technical details. Should the delivery be delayed for reasons caused by the purchaser and storage be required, the goods will be stored at the purchaser’s risk and expense.

 

在收到全部合同款項前，設備的所有權屬于斯派克分析儀器公司。

All goods remain the property of SPECTRO Analytical Instruments until full payment has been received.

 

保修期為驗收后12個月或從德國發票日期之日起18個月，以先到者為準。除因用戶使用不當造成的損壞以外，保修期內，德國斯派克分析儀器公司負責為用戶免費維修或更換相應損壞部件。

The warranty period is 12 months after acceptance or 18 month from invoice date, whatever occurs first. All faulty components will be repaired or replaced free of charge, except for damages caused by customer's negligence.

 

合同總價包括安裝調試，安裝現場培訓，設備移交用戶。

The total price includes installation, commissioning of the analytical instrument and a basic training of its operation.

額外的應用支持和培訓需要收費。設備移交以設備驗收為終結。驗收展示分析系統的完美運行，儀器性能和供貨范圍滿足合同描述，由雙方代表簽訂驗收報告。如果驗收過程由于買方原因延誤，所有余款將在買方接到安裝通知30天內付清。安裝之前，買方必須按照賣方提供的安裝條件要求準備好安裝條件。安裝調試，培訓和驗收時間總計不超過三天。

Additional analytical help or training can be quoted if required. The commissioning is completed with an acceptance test, which shall demonstrate the perfect operation of the analytical system. Upon fulfillment of the Spectro specifications of the quoted analytical instrument, the acceptance certificate has to be issued and signed by both parties. In the event of the commissioning being delayed for reasons caused by the purchaser, it is agreed that related payments are payable within 30 days after notification that the goods are ready for installation. Prior to commissioning, the installation requirements for the quoted analytical instrument must be fulfilled by the purchaser. Total time for Installation, training and commissioning is not more than three days.

For this type of instrument Customs Tariff No. 90.27.30.00 has to be applied according to the Brussels Customs Tariff Scheme.
