9—19AID、9—26AID型系列離心通風(fēng)機(jī)是國(guó)家經(jīng)委和機(jī)電部推廣的節(jié)能風(fēng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品。適用于一般鍛冶、玻璃、陶瓷、無(wú)線電、電鍍、蓄電池等行業(yè)高壓強(qiáng)制通風(fēng)以及糧食、飼料、礦粉、塑料等加工行業(yè)的物料輸送：輸送介質(zhì)為空氣及其它不自燃、 自爆、對(duì)人體無(wú)害、對(duì)鋼鐵材料無(wú)腐蝕·性的氣體。

No_4—6．3主要由葉輪、機(jī)殼、進(jìn)風(fēng)口、支架等組成；N07．1—16主要由葉輪、機(jī)殼、進(jìn)風(fēng)口、傳動(dòng)組等組成。
葉輪：9—19型風(fēng)機(jī)葉片為12片，9—26型風(fēng)機(jī)葉片為16片。均屬前向彎曲葉型。葉輪擴(kuò)壓器外緣圓周速度不超過(guò)140m／s。葉輪成型后
經(jīng)靜、動(dòng)平衡校正，故運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。
機(jī)殼：用普通鋼板焊接成蝸型殼整體。
進(jìn)風(fēng)口：做成收斂式流線型的整體結(jié)構(gòu)，用螺栓固定在前蓋板組成。
傳動(dòng)組：由主軸、軸承箱、聯(lián)軸器等組成。主軸由優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼制成，軸承箱整體結(jié)構(gòu)，采用滾動(dòng)軸承，用軸承潤(rùn)滑脂潤(rùn)滑。

Impeller：fan Of 9—1 9 type has 1 2 impellers．9-26 type has 1 6 impellers．a(chǎn)ll are forward direction bending types Outer edge of impeller diffuser not over 1 40m／s．The impellers have accepted static and dynamic balance calibration，SO they are able to run smoothly and stably．
Enclosure：it is made of general steel sheets by welding，it is a scroll casing．
Air inlet：it is made into an integral structure with convergence streamline，it is fixed by bolt on the front plate
Driving unit：it is consists of principal shaft，bearing housing，coupling，etc．．The principal shaft is made of high—quality steel，bearing housing has integral structure，adopting rolling bearing and bearing grease for lubrication． |
