MAM-KY12S螺桿機運行控制器是公司多年研制出的新一代高科技產(chǎn)品。控制器以微電腦控制器為核心元件具有8個開關量輸入、8路
模擬量輸入、八路開關量(繼電器)輸出、中文液晶顯示(4*8個漢字/每屏）、S485聯(lián)網(wǎng)通信.相序保存護功能、用戶能根據(jù)實際情況設定用戶參數(shù)等 

。配備上位機聯(lián)網(wǎng)控制軟件，實現(xiàn)遠程監(jiān)控.。我公司技術人員能根據(jù)用戶需求對產(chǎn)品進行改進以更好的服務于用戶。

控制器集成功能及說明：

1、開關量：8路開關量輸入，5路繼電器開關量輸出；2、模擬量：1路Pt100溫度輸入，1路4～20mA變送輸入，兩組三相電流輸入（配套
CT）；3、控制器工作電源：AC20V 40AV；4、顯示量程a）、油溫：—20～150℃；。b）、氣溫：—20～150℃；。

c）、運行時間：0～999999小時。d）、電流顯示量程：0～999.9A。e）、壓力：0～1.60MPa。

5、相序保護：當保護器檢測到錯相時對電機進行保存護；6、電機保護：控制器對主電機和風扇電機均具有堵轉、短路、缺 　 相、不平衡、過載基本保護功能；

7、溫度保護：當檢測到的實際溫度大于設定溫度時動作；8、對油分器、油濾器、空濾器使用狀態(tài)及使用時間預警報警功能； 

9、對電機具有啟停控制，運行控制；10、RS—485通訊，提供電腦聯(lián)網(wǎng)控制軟件。
