螺桿式空壓機(jī)進(jìn)氣閥的工作過程是：啟動、加載、卸載、空調(diào)和停機(jī)。 

 （1）啟動。電機(jī)啟動，主機(jī)開始運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，進(jìn)氣閥關(guān)閉狀態(tài)閥芯上的小孔進(jìn)氣，經(jīng)過壓縮的油氣進(jìn)入油氣桶，系統(tǒng)壓力逐漸上升。 

 （2）加載。電機(jī)星三角轉(zhuǎn)換，控制系統(tǒng)會比較系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際壓力與設(shè)定壓力，當(dāng)系統(tǒng)壓力低于壓力開關(guān)設(shè)定下限壓力時(shí)，壓力開關(guān)動作使加載電磁閥加電，三向電磁閥開啟，向進(jìn)氣門伺服氣缸供氣推動控制氣缸打開蝶閥，進(jìn)氣閥全開吸氣；經(jīng)由電磁閥的壓力同時(shí)關(guān)閉泄放閥，機(jī)器不再放空，罐內(nèi)壓力持續(xù)上升至外向供氣。 

 （3）卸載。當(dāng)壓力上升到壓差開關(guān)上限壓力時(shí)，壓差開關(guān)發(fā)出一個電信號給三向電磁閥，電磁閥關(guān)閉停止向進(jìn)氣門伺服氣缸供氣，控制氣缸不受壓則蝶閥關(guān)閉維持小孔進(jìn)氣，此時(shí)受配重控制止回閥能及時(shí)迅速的緊密關(guān)閉，同時(shí)泄放閥打開釋放油氣桶內(nèi)壓力至基本油壓?？諌簷C(jī)處于空載運(yùn)行，在加載電磁閥連續(xù)失電20min后，系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入空車過久停車狀態(tài)。  

（4）容調(diào)?？諌簷C(jī)加載過程中為減少空壓機(jī)的空重負(fù)荷次數(shù)，安裝有反比例閥，當(dāng)機(jī)組壓力達(dá)到壓力開關(guān)上限前反比例閥提前動作，減少向伺服汽缸的供氣量，進(jìn)氣閥伺服汽缸閥桿推力減少，在彈簧力的作用下閥桿回縮，當(dāng)彈簧力與汽缸的氣體推力平衡時(shí)，閥桿處于半開狀態(tài)，進(jìn)氣量減少實(shí)現(xiàn)空壓機(jī)的容量調(diào)節(jié)。 

 （5）停機(jī)。停機(jī)信號來自空車過久或系統(tǒng)壓力長時(shí)間處于壓力上限，電機(jī)停止，主機(jī)停轉(zhuǎn)不再吸氣，進(jìn)氣閥的內(nèi)部止回閥迅速關(guān)閉確保沒有停機(jī)吐油的現(xiàn)象，泄放閥持續(xù)放空至外部大氣壓力。
