Operation and maintenance of Y6 portable rock drilling

1、連接通氣管前必須先將管道內吹洗干凈，以防雜物堵塞通道。

  Before getting through the pipe, it should be cleaned up inside the pipe to prevent channel from jamming by sundries.

2、開機前檢查氣管接頭是否擰緊，以免氣管崩脫傷人。

  Before turn on the machine, the jointer of the gas pipe should be checked to be fastening, to avoid damage.

3、工作時應注意潤滑油，推薦使用GB443規定的N46、N22的潤滑油。

  During operating, the lubricating oil should be took care. N46,N22 of lubricating oil ordered by GB443 is supposed to be used.

4、釬尾規格本機推薦B25-28-4釬焊或YZT2017-2.8的整體釬桿。

  Shank size of this machine was suggested to use B25-28-4 brazing or YZT2017-2.8 of whole drill rod.

5、常用機器應注意定期保養，如長期停止使用，應拆卸清洗，油封保存，置于干燥處。

  It should be maintenance in a certain time when the machine is in common use. If it will be stopped for a long time, it should be disassembled and cleaned, covering with oil and put into the dry place for stock.
