　　1、確認測量壓力的類型。壓力類型主要有表壓、絕壓、差壓等;表壓是指以大氣壓力為基準，小于或大于大氣壓力的壓力;絕壓是指以絕對壓力零位為基準，高于絕對壓力零位的壓力;差壓是指兩個壓力之間的差值?！　?、確認待測壓力范圍。一般情況下，按實際測量壓力為壓力傳感器測量范圍的80%選型。　　3、確認系統的最大過載。系統的最大過載應小于壓力傳感器的過載保護極限，否則會影響產品的使用壽命甚至損壞產品。美國精量壓力傳感器都有2倍測量范圍的過載保護?！　?、確認準確度等級。壓力傳感器的測量誤差按準確度等級進行劃分，不同的準確度對應不同的基本誤差限;實際應用中，根據測量誤差的控制要求并本著適用經濟的原則進行選型?！?/p>

1、測量范圍光精度高

　　測力傳感器可測0.01--1000000N的力，精度可達到0.05%FS以上;壓力傳感器可測0.1-1000000的壓力，精度可達到0.1%FS。

2、性能可靠，壽命長

　　如稱重式機械杠桿稱，由于杠桿、刀口等部分互相摩擦產生損耗和變形，欲長期保持其精度是相當困難的，采用電阻應變式稱重傳感器制成的電子泵、汽車衡、軌道衡等，能在惡劣的環境條件下長期穩定工作。
