作為戰(zhàn)略合作的一部分,西門子和英偉達(dá)在漢諾威工業(yè)博覽會(huì)期間聯(lián)手打造了一個(gè)展示區(qū),以凸顯工業(yè)元宇宙的變革潛力。西門子基于NVIDIA Omniverse平臺(tái)開發(fā)了一個(gè)定制化應(yīng)用程序,對(duì)基于云的下一代FREYR工廠數(shù)字孿生模型進(jìn)行演示,該模型利用AWS IoT TwinMaker創(chuàng)建而成,充分展示了FREYR等公司如何在高保真、沉浸式環(huán)境中直觀地體驗(yàn)和利用覆蓋整個(gè)產(chǎn)品、生產(chǎn)和服務(wù)生命周期的全方位數(shù)字孿生,并與之進(jìn)行互動(dòng),從而更好、更快地做出工程決策。該模型集成了來自工廠的運(yùn)營數(shù)據(jù),樓宇、廠房、機(jī)械和設(shè)備的立體呈現(xiàn),人體工程學(xué)和安全信息,詳細(xì)的生產(chǎn)流程,機(jī)器人和自動(dòng)引導(dǎo)車,以及產(chǎn)品和生產(chǎn)的模擬。這一展示區(qū)全面呈現(xiàn)了西門子Xcelerator和NVIDIA Omniverse平臺(tái)的整合應(yīng)用。
