MotoSimEG-VRC是對Motoman機器人進行離線編程和實時3D模擬的工具。其作為一款強大的離線編程軟件,能夠在三維環境中實現Motoman機器人絕大部分功能,

·機器人的動作姿態可以通過六個軸的脈沖值或者工具尖端點的空間坐標值來顯示;
·干澀檢測功能能夠及時顯示界面中兩數模的干涉情況。以及當機器人的動作超過設定脈沖值極限時,圖像界面對超出范圍的軸使用不同顏色來警告。
·可顯示機器人動作循環時間。
·真實模擬機器人的輸入輸出(I/O)關系。具備機器人與機器人、機器人與外部軸之間的通訊功能,能夠實現協調工作。
·支持3D CAD文件格式建模。例如STEP、HSF、HMF等。
·CAM功能即自動示教功能,可結合三維數模及作業條件,自動生成機器人動作程序,即使工件是由復雜的空間曲線組成也可以應對。
