供應(yīng):嘉興MCGILL多少錢GCr15SiMo和GCr18Mo鋼分別是在1986~1995年期間先后開發(fā)的高淬透性軸承鋼,其目的是為了國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,特別是重型機(jī)械、礦山機(jī)械、采掘鉆井機(jī)械等大型化、重型化的發(fā)展需求。這些領(lǐng)域?qū)Υ笮洼S承的品種、規(guī)格和數(shù)量的需求越來越多,軸承尺寸增加,軸承內(nèi)外套圈的有效壁厚和滾體直徑也隨之加大,用GCr15SiMn鋼的淬透性、淬硬性及軸承的壽命滿足不了實(shí)際需要。GCr15SiMo鋼開發(fā)的基本思路為:研究Si對(duì)Cr-Mo系SKF25及Mo對(duì)Cr-Si-Mn系的GCr15SiMn鋼各項(xiàng)性能的影響,而篩選出淬透性J6≥25mm,同時(shí)淬硬性等各項(xiàng)性能良好的鋼種;GCr18Mo鋼則是以德國(guó)鋼號(hào)1CrMo7(相當(dāng)于SKF24)為基礎(chǔ)而開發(fā)的適宜于貝氏體等溫淬火的鋼種,其淬透性為88端淬J6值為18mm。
