1.同一型號IC的代換
同一型號IC的代換一般是可靠的,安裝集成電路時,要注意方向不要搞錯,否則,通電時集成電路很可能被燒毀。有的單列直插式功放IC,雖型號、功能、特性相同,但引腳排列順序的方向是有所不同的。例如,雙聲道功放IC LA4507,其引腳有“正”、“反”之分,其起始腳標注(色點或凹坑)方向不同;沒有后綴與后綴為"R"的IC等,例如 M5115P與M5115RP.
2.不同型號IC的代換
⑴型號前綴字母相同、數字不同IC的代換。這種代換只要相互間的引腳功能完全相同,其內部電路和電參數稍有差異,也可相互直接代換。如:伴音中放IC LA1363和LA1365,后者比前者在IC第⑤腳內部增加了一個穩壓二極管,其它完全一樣。
