1.組合代換
組合代換就是把同一型號的多塊IC內部未受損的電路部分,重新組合成一塊完整的IC,用以代替功能不良的IC的方法。對買不到原配IC的情況下是十分適用的。但要求所利用IC內部完好的電路一定要有接口引出腳。
非直接代換關鍵是要查清楚互相代換的兩種IC的基本電參數、內部等效電路、各引腳的功能、IC與外部元件之間連接關系的資料。實際操作時予以注意:
⑴集成電路引腳的編號順序,切勿接錯;
⑵為適應代換后的IC的特點,與其相連的外圍電路的元件要作相應的改變;
⑶電源電壓要與代換后的IC相符,如果原電路中電源電壓高,應設法降壓;電壓低,要看代換IC能否工作。
