二、特點(diǎn)：Features

1.輸送器與物料接觸部位，采用不銹鋼材料制作，其速度為無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速，保證各種規(guī)格料條的出條速度。

2.采用光電傳感器控制切條長(zhǎng)度，保證藥條長(zhǎng)度一致，每條制品數(shù)量恒定，藥頭短小，且藥頭與成品分流，免去在成品中挑選藥頭。

3.采用間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)械手（ZW-369S為氣缸控制）切推料條，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。

4.電氣系統(tǒng)采用PLC控制，設(shè)置更方便快捷。（ZW-369S）

5.采用高精度CNC數(shù)控中心制作搓丸輥，以保證動(dòng)輥和固定輥的分切間距在允許偏差內(nèi)。
