GRS認證｜GRS全球回收球準五大要求
GRS 認證體系， 包括可追溯( Traceability) 、環境保護( Environmental) 、社會責任(Social) 、再生標志 ( Label) 及一般原則( General) 五大方面的要求。那么對環境方面有哪些要求呢？
環境管理體系手冊
a.對環境管理單獨建立手冊;

e.ISO 14001認證， 如果有;

a.必須監控并滿足所有與廢水/污水處理的相關法律要求;
b.并有相應的污水處理站日常運行記錄/廢水內部監測報告保存;

e.污水應急方案;
f.污水應急演習記錄;
g.污水處理設施設計方案和處理;
h.污水測試報告符合GRS 4.0標準附錄D要求（檢測時間距審核時
間不超過6個月） pH/溫度/COD/BOD/TSS/重金屬等;
i.污水處理合同、 發票環境管理

a.必須監控并滿足所有與廢氣排放的相關法律要求， 并有相應的
記錄保存;
b.排放許可證;
c.廢氣的主要排放源必須被標注并有相關記錄;
d.針對含消耗臭氧層物質或任何其他潛在的空氣污染物的設備﹐
必須有定期保養
66 廢物管理
a.必須符合廢物管理有關的所有法律規定;
b.廢物/垃圾承包商必須具有相應的許可證;
c.危險和非危險廢物必須進行隔離處理;
e.員工針對處理廢物隔也應有相關的意識和培訓;
f.針對廢物流庫存管理,存儲和運輸流程必須有相關程序﹐包括
減少對環境和健康安全問題;
g.禁止進行現場焚燒廢棄物或不受控制的廢棄物堆填;
h.受認證的單位應實施盡量減少廢物產生， 并增加再利用或回收
的相關作業;
i.受認證的單位必須測量所產生的廢物量， 并保持相應的記錄;
j.廢棄物處理合同、 發票;
k.淤泥處理協議;
l.接受單位危廢處理資質;
m.淤泥處理統計;
n.淤泥接收單據

GRS 中的受限制化學物質
GRS criteria for the use of chemicals that may be used in the production of GRS products are based
on the following main requirements:
關于可用于 GRS 產品生產的化學品的 GRS 標準，主要基于以下要求：
1. Exclusion of inherently problematic substances that are classified as dangerous to human
health and/or to the environment by REACH.
1. 排除 REACH 對人類健康和/或環境危害的固有問題物質。
2. Exclusion of substances and mixtures classified with particular hazard codes or risk phrases.
2. 排除根據特定危險代碼或風險術語分類的物質和混合物。
3. Exclusion of substances that do not comply with ZDHC’s Manufacturer’s Restricted
Substance List.

D2.1 Inherently problematic substances
D2.1 固有問題物質
Any chemicals used in processing of GRS Products shall not contain Substances of Very High
Concern (SVHC) as referred to in Article 57 of European Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006
concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH),
and included in Annex XIV of the Regulation.

No use is allowed of substances or mixtures that are assigned (or may be assigned by the time of
the application) any of the hazard statement codes and/or risk phrases (or a combination of them)
listed in Table A.

Proportion, by mass, of Recycled Material in products or packaging. Only Pre-Consumer and Post-
Consumer Materials shall be considered as Recycled Content.

Material that has been reprocessed from Reclaimed Material by means of a manufacturing process and

A document accompanying a chemical product that contains information on potential hazards (e.g. health,
