:鶴壁廣柴圖片內(nèi)燃叉車離合器的分離軸承工作很頻繁,其損壞次數(shù)在叉車故障中占的比例很大,如司機操作較好,頤養(yǎng)及時,可使此軸承使用3個月左右,但在中修時也必需要換新的若司機水平較低,所駕駛的叉車幾乎每個月都有分離軸承損壞,損壞后還會損壞其他零部件,分離杠桿及離合器片等。離合器分離軸承容易損壞的原因在何處?實踐經(jīng)驗中,雖曾嚴格司機每天給分離軸承點滴一次機油,這不僅操作繁瑣,而且軸承仍經(jīng)常損壞。經(jīng)分析認為,由于發(fā)動機的高溫傳至分離軸承,加之軸承高速旋轉(zhuǎn)也會產(chǎn)生高溫,這樣的條件下潤滑機油很難存留在軸承內(nèi),軸承在高溫狀態(tài)下連續(xù)工作,而且由于潤滑的條件不好,從而造成分離軸承易頻繁損壞。
