:臺(tái)州濰柴誠(chéng)信剝離強(qiáng)度低就會(huì)在印制版加工時(shí)或裝機(jī)焊接時(shí)出現(xiàn)銅箔脫落,甚至?xí)绊懻麄€(gè)電器的正常運(yùn)行。按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn),剝離強(qiáng)度測(cè)定方法,要模擬印制電路板在加工工藝過(guò)程中可能經(jīng)受的各種嚴(yán)酷條件,測(cè)定銅筒與基材間寬度的粘合力。這些模擬條件包括如下幾點(diǎn)。干熱后(經(jīng)5h);暴露于三氯乙烷蒸氣處理后;熱沖擊后(5s/26C);模擬電鍍條件暴露后;在溶劑中浸泡后(浸沒(méi)溶劑1min);高溫下做剝離強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)。對(duì)提高膠接強(qiáng)度的認(rèn)識(shí)膠接強(qiáng)度,一般由兩大部分決定:其一是粘合力,也就是銅宿膠粘劑和基材樹(shù)脂在壓制中受熱,產(chǎn)生熔溶-交聯(lián)的作用力,及上述兩種樹(shù)脂的淚合物與增強(qiáng)材料之間作用力。
