電火花檢測儀DJ-9特點：電火花檢漏儀DJ-9為脈沖高壓儀器，是用于檢測金屬防腐涂層質量的專用儀器，與其它直流電火花檢漏儀相比,減少了對防腐層的火花沖擊破壞,增加了漏點記憶功能,大大提高了操作人員的工作效率,使用本儀器可以對不同厚度的搪玻璃、玻璃鋼、環氧煤瀝青和橡膠襯里等涂層，進行質量檢測。當防腐層有質量問題時，如出現針孔、氣泡、裂隙和裂紋，儀器將發出明亮的電火花，同時聲、光報警。由于是用蓄電池供電，故特別適用于野外作業。該儀器設計先進，穩定可靠，可廣泛用于化工、石油、橡膠、搪瓷行業，是用來檢測金屬防腐涂層質量的必備工具。

電火花檢漏儀DJ-9檢測原理及結構簡述： 
檢測原理：電火花檢漏儀是通過對各種導電基體防腐層表面加一定量的脈沖高壓，如因防腐層過薄，漏金屬或有漏氣針孔，當脈沖高壓經過時，就形成氣隙擊穿而產生火花放電，同時給報警電路送去一脈沖信號，使報警器發出聲音報警，從而達到對防腐層檢測之目的。
