光電式轉(zhuǎn)速測量步驟

1.         將接觸頭配件擰下（如果已經(jīng)擰上）

2.         在旋轉(zhuǎn)被測物上貼一塊反光條

3.         按下并保持START鍵（儀表右側(cè)），選按最右下的光電RPM測量鍵

4.         按下START鍵的同時，將光電頭指向被測旋轉(zhuǎn)體的表面，以使上面的反光條每轉(zhuǎn)一次就出現(xiàn)在光電頭前面一次

5.         在LCD上讀取RPM轉(zhuǎn)速值

讀取記憶值
每次START鍵按下時記憶值都會清零。儀表會將測量值的顯示穩(wěn)定保持10秒，當(dāng)START鍵按下時數(shù)據(jù)將會自動貯存起來

1.         測量結(jié)束后請松開START鍵

2.         按住MEMORY鍵第一次將會顯示上一次的測量值

3.         再按一次MEMORY鍵將會顯示最大值

4.         按第三次MEMORY鍵將會顯示最小值

5秒后儀表自動關(guān)機

接觸式轉(zhuǎn)速測量

1.         將接觸頭擰回到光電頭上

2.         選擇錐狀或漏斗狀接觸頭插到接觸軸上

3.         按下并保持START鍵（儀表右側(cè)），選按最左下的接觸RPM測量鍵

4.         在LCD上讀取RPM轉(zhuǎn)速值

表面速度測量

1.         將接觸頭擰回到光電頭上

2.         將最大表面速度測試輪插上

3.         按下并保持START鍵（儀表右側(cè)），選擇ft/min或m/min按鍵

4.         按下并保持START鍵，將測試輪接觸被測的移動表面

5.         在LCD上讀取RPM轉(zhuǎn)速值

更換電池

取下儀表背面電池蓋的螺絲，取出舊電池，換上新電池，蓋回電池蓋，擰回螺絲。

Photoelectric speed measurement procedures

1 contact head fitting unscrew (if you have screwed up)

2 in the rotating object put a reflective strip

3 press and hold the START key (right click on the photoelectric instrument), RPM measurement of the lower right button

4 press the START key at the same time, the photoelectric head pointing to the surface measuredrotating body, to make the reflecting above the once per revolution appeared in front of a photoelectric head

5 in the LCD to read the RPM value of speed

Read memory value

Each time the START key is pressed the memory valuewill be reset. The instrument will display of measured value stability is maintained for 10 seconds, when the START key is pressed the data will be stored

1 after measuring please release the START key

2 press and hold down the MEMORY key first will display the last measured values

3 press MEMORY again will show the maximum

4 press the MEMORY key third times will show a minimum value

5 seconds after the instrument automatic shutdown

Contact type speed measurement

The 1 contact heads back to the photoelectric head

2 select the cone shaped or funnel-shaped contact intocontact shaft

3 press and hold the START key (the instrument right),selected according to contact RPM measure the lower left

4 in the LCD to read the RPM value of speed

Surface velocity measurement

The 1 contact heads back to the photoelectric head

2 the maximum surface speed test round plug

3 press and hold the START key (the instrument right),choose ft/min or m/min buttons

4 press and hold the START key, will test the moving surface wheel contact being measured

5 in the LCD to read the RPM value of speed

Replace the battery

Remove the instrument back battery cover screws,remove the old batteries, replace a new battery, batterycover back cover, unscrew the screw back.
