1、鍍金純銀樣品槽,耐腐蝕抗氧化,最大升溫速率8℃/s,平均升溫速率7℃/s,最大降溫速率5.5℃/s,平均降溫速率4.5℃/s;
2、采用先進智能的RAC(Ramping-Accuracy-Control)電子溫控技術,在提高PCR反應速度的同時還提高了PCR反應的穩定性;
3、采用具有25年制造經驗的瑞士高端PT100傳感器,配合先進的電子元件能為PCR儀帶來±0.1 ℃的溫度準確性,優異的溫度準確性帶來優異的溫度均一性±0.15℃。此外,樣品槽實際溫度與設定溫度相比,沒有溫度過沖或下沖的現象,可為用戶提供穩定可靠的PCR擴增結果;
4、溫度梯度功能:最大溫度跨度40℃,可設12列不同溫度,能實現線性溫度梯度和隨機溫度梯度兩種方式;
5、快速的模塊更換(Quick Block Exchange,QBE)技術,用戶可在幾秒鐘內完成樣品模塊的更換,不需要任何額外的工具。儀器會自動識別樣品模塊的類型,并提供相應的功能;

14、一鍵式的開蓋方式,只需單個手指就可打開蓋子,操作方便。蓋子打開后會自動彈開至90度并鎖定,既方便樣品取放,又不會因意外翻下來而燙傷或刮傷操作者,使用安全。熱蓋施壓均勻,溫度最高可達 110°C,有效防止樣品蒸發。
