CS7600 series element parameter analyzer is the measurement of thewide frequency band (20Hz ~ 2MHz), the fine frequency resolution(minimum 1uHz), basic measurement precision is the highest (0.05%) a novel digital element parametric analysis instrument. Widely applicable to various LCR element parameter analysis, low frequency resonator finefrequency response analysis, material impedance analysis applications.CS7620 has become the only domestic measuring instrument can replace the AgilentE4980A with its superior performance measurementand function.
