TH2882 series of impulse windingtester is testing instrument of new generation coil products adopting high-speed sampling technique to develop the insulation performance.
TH2882 will be the standard coil sampling waveforms are stored in the instrument, the test will be measuredwaveform with standard comparison, according to setcriteria (area, area difference, frequency, corona) to determine the merits of the measured coil. This instrument integrates powerful functions, precision test method, flexible operating methods and a variety ofinterface mode, which can provide the test for the majority of coil products solution.
Test the electrical performance of TH2882-1/-3/-5 coilpulse test impulse winding tester without damage to be measured under the condition, the first condition is to be able to distinguish the coil in the brief moment of quality.
During the measurement and standard coil measurementthe same pulse through the discharge of the capacitor is applied to the measured coil, the coil inductance and Qvalue, will respond to a voltage corresponding to thedischarge pulse waveform comparison of some characteristics of attenuation, the attenuation waveform,can detect differences in winding inter turn and inter layermedium and the number of laps and magnetic materials, ifapplying a high voltage pulse, according to the corona or interlayer discharge to judge the poor insulation.
