簡要介紹:
TH2881A型匝間絕緣測試儀采用“沖擊波形比較法”，將具有規定峰值和波前時間的沖擊電壓同時施加于相同設計的被測件與標準件上。通過比較兩個振蕩波形的差異，從而判斷電機繞組匝間絕緣的好壞。對電暈放電、局部短路、接線錯誤、嵌線錯誤、線圈平衡、相間短路等各類故障均能直觀判別。

Brief introduction:
TH2881A interturn insulation tester using the "shock waveform comparison method", impulse voltage will have the provisions of the peak value and front time of the same design and applied to the DUT and standard parts.By comparing the difference between the two oscillationwaveform, so as to determine the motor winding inter turninsulation quality. The corona discharge, partial short,wrong wiring, wire embedding error, coil to balance,phase to phase short circuit and other kinds of failure can be visually distinguish.
Several common test waveform
A. normal form
Standard parts and measured the attenuation oscillationwaveform basically coincide with no significant difference,then the measured winding inter turn insulation fault free
B. insulation between turns bad
The part to be measured with standard waveform is inconsistent, that measured fault winding insulation. Fault display waveform moment can be accompanied byacoustic, or see the spark discharge and smell of ozone,the waveform display showing discharge burr and waveform.
C. breaking wave
DUT is winding, i.e. open, display waveform is an arc,sometimes discharge phenomenon appears in the gap.
D. short-circuit waveform
If the measured winding full short, the displayedwaveform is a horizontal line
