本儀器是一種超小型測量儀，它能快速、無損傷、精密地進行磁性金屬基體上的非磁性覆蓋層厚度的測量。可廣泛用于制造業、金屬加工業、化工業、商檢等檢測領域。由于該儀器體積小、測頭與儀器一體化，特別適用于工程現場測量。 本儀器符合以下標準： GB/T 4956─1985 磁性金屬基體上非磁性覆蓋層厚度測量 磁性方法 JB/T 8393─1996 磁性和渦流式覆層厚度測量儀 JJG 889─95 《磁阻法測厚儀》功能特點：
本儀器采用了磁性和渦流兩種測厚方法，可無損地測量磁性金屬基體(如鋼、鐵、合金和硬磁性鋼等)上非磁性覆蓋層的厚度(如鋅、鋁、鉻、銅、橡膠、油漆等)
可進行零點校準及二點校準，并可用基本校準法對測頭的系統誤差進行修正；
具有兩種測量方式：連續測量方式（CONTINUE）和單次測量方式（SINGLE）；
具有兩種工作方式：直接方式(DIRECT)和成組方式(Appl)
具有刪除功能：對測量中出現的單個可疑數據進行刪除，也可刪除存貯區內的所有數據，以便進行新的測量；
設有五個統計量：平均值（MEAN）、最大值（MAX）、最小值（MIN）、測試次數（NO．）、標準偏差（S．DEV）；
具有米、英制轉換功能；
具有打印功能，可打印測量值、統計值；
具有欠壓指示功能；
操作過程有蜂鳴聲提示；
具有錯誤提示功能；
具有自動關機功能

This instrument is a super small measuring instrument, it can fast, no damage, precise measurement of magnetic metallic coatings on non-magnetic cover layer thickness.Can be widely used in manufacturing industry, metalprocessing industry, chemical industry, commodity inspection and testing field. Due to the small size of the apparatus, probe and instrument integration, especially suitable for field engineering measurement. The instrument to meet the following criteria: GB/T 4956 - 1985 non-magnetic coatings on magnetic substrates - Measurement of coating thickness of magnetic method for JB/T 8393 - 1996 magnetic and eddy current type coating thickness meter JJG 889 - 95 "reluctance thickness detector"
Function characteristics:
This instrument uses a magnetic and eddy current twokinds of thickness measurement, nondestructive measurement can be magnetic metal (such as steel, iron,alloy steel and hard magnetic and non-magnetic)thickness of coating layer (such as zinc, aluminum,chromium, copper, rubber, paint etc.)
For zero calibration and two point calibration, systemerrors on the measuring head and available basic calibration method was modified;
With two measurement mode: continuous measurement of mode (CONTINUE) and single measurement(SINGLE);
Has two operation modes: direct mode (DIRECT) andburst mode (Appl)
Has a delete function: single suspicious datameasurements appear to delete, can also delete all data within the storage area, in order to carry out new measure;
With five statistics: Average (MEAN) (MAX), maximum value, minimum value (MIN), the number of tests (NO.),standard deviation (S.DEV);
With meters, metric conversion function;
With print function, print measurement, statistical value;
