THI100布氏測(cè)量系統(tǒng)
將CCD攝像鏡頭對(duì)準(zhǔn)布氏壓痕，該壓痕圖像被采集傳輸至計(jì)算平臺(tái)(PC機(jī)或工控機(jī))，運(yùn)用“時(shí)代THI100布氏測(cè)量軟件”精確定位測(cè)量壓痕直徑，并根據(jù)測(cè)量參數(shù)(球頭直徑、載荷等)直接得出對(duì)應(yīng)的布氏值。功能特點(diǎn)：
1、布氏壓痕高精度測(cè)量。THI100配備先進(jìn)CCD，高掃描分辨率，最高可以得到3.5µm精度的壓痕讀數(shù)。
2、在測(cè)量參數(shù)選定后，直接顯示布氏值，無須查表換算，節(jié)省查詢對(duì)比表的時(shí)間。
3、可以顯示X軸、Y軸直徑，可以對(duì)非正圓壓痕的進(jìn)行測(cè)量，方便對(duì)小口徑軸類工件硬度的測(cè)量分析。
4、以圖片格式存儲(chǔ)并顯示壓痕，方便在大量測(cè)量時(shí)先采樣后算值。
5、符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：ISO 6506, ASTM E10， GB/T231

THI100 Brinell measurement system
The CCD camera lens alignment Brinell indentation, and the indentation image is collected, transmitted to thecomputing platform (PC or IPC), using the "precisepositioning era THI100 Brinell indentation diametermeasurement software", and according to the measured parameters (ball diameter, load) directly obtain thecorresponding brinell.
