　　Bushnell夜視產品通過目鏡將光線聚焦在影象增強器上來采集和增強現有光線，在增強器內部，一個光電陰極會被光"激活"，并將光子能量轉變成電子，這些電子經過一個位于增強器內部的靜電區域被加速后，撞擊在磷表面屏幕上（就好象一個綠色的電視屏幕），形成人眼可見的圖象。經過對電子的加速，增強了亮度和圖象的清晰度。
　　夜視儀可適用于許多環境下，如野外考察作業，航行，警用，搜索救援，公共安全等。
    此設備使用兩節AA電池。安裝時要拆下位于夜視儀底部的電池蓋板，注意電池的正負極。
    如果要在亮光線測試夜視儀一定要在開機（按POWER鈕）前將物鏡用鏡頭蓋蓋住。物鏡鏡頭蓋有針孔用于允許少量亮光線通過來進行測試。
    如果再黑暗中測試或使用夜視儀，摘下鏡頭蓋并按（POWER鈕）開機
