BSM 4000 fluorescent magnetic flaw detector is suitable for gear, the workpiece, the ferromagnetic material bar,pipe, cast materials, shaft and similar shape variety,testing equipment, the workpiece can be circumferential,longitudinal, composite magnetization and demagnetization, circumferential, longitudinal, combinedwith power-off phase control, continuous method, wettesting, disposable magnetization all-round displaymagnetic mark. The machine adopts OMRON industrial process controller (PLC) control, a full range of demagnetization, and with a programmable function, forclamping of the workpiece, workpiece rotates, automatic spray, magnetization, magnetization time two times, stop the spraying of liquid, three times magnetization,magnetic rotation observation (artificial observation),demagnetization, loose clamp → feeding line operation, is ideal equipment for multiple products of flaw detection.
