適用范圍： |
HS系列覆層測厚儀采用了磁性和渦流兩種測厚方法，可無損地測量磁性金屬基體( 如鋼、鐵、合金和硬磁性鋼等 )上非磁性覆蓋層的厚度(如鋁、鉻、銅、琺瑯、橡膠、油漆等)及非磁性金屬基體(如銅、鋁、鋅、錫等)上非導電覆蓋層的厚度(如:琺瑯、橡膠、油漆、塑料等)。 |

Overview:
This instrument is a portable measuring instrument,measurement can be rapid, nondestructive, precise coating, coating thickness. Can be used in both the laboratory, can also be used in the engineering field.Configure different probe, suitable for different occasions.Is the material protection and production control essential instrument.
Scope of application:
HS series coating thickness tester using magnetic and eddy current two kinds of thickness measurement,nondestructive measurement can be magnetic metal(such as steel, iron, alloy steel and hard magnetic and non-magnetic) thickness of coating layer (such as aluminum, chromium, copper, enamel, rubber, paint, etc.)and non magnetic metal a kind of matrix (such as copper,aluminum, zinc, tin and other) of non-conductive cover layer thickness (such as: enamel paint, plastic, rubber,etc.).
Main function:
Can use 6 kinds of sensors (F400, F1, F1/90 °, F10, N1,CN02) were measured;
Three calibration methods: one point calibration, two point calibration, calibration;
Display resolution: 0.1 μ m (measurement range is less than 100 μ
1 μ m (measurement range is larger than 100 μ
There are two working modes: direct mode and burst mode
There are two ways to measure: continuous measurement and single measurement
There are two kinds of mode: manual shutdown shutdown and automatic shutdown
Can set the gauge: to gauge measurements canautomatic alarm, and can be used for a number of measured values of the histogram analysis;
Delete function: setting can be deleted on gross error and error;
Print: print measurement, statistical value, value, and bound histogram
Measuring range:
(1) the F400 probe, N400 probe: 0 - 400 μ
(2) the F1 probe, F1/90 probe, N1 probe: 0 - 1250 μ
F10 (3): 0 - 10000 μ m prob
(4) CN02 probe: 10-200 μ m (selected according to different requirements of the probe measurement
