One, overview
Type MC-2000D coating thickness (coating thickness)measurement range: 0 ~ 9000um, it is the result of high and new technology, it uses single chip technology, high precision, digital display, showing the value of stable, low power consumption, simple and convenient operation, a touch button, a single probe full range measurement,small size, light weight; and with memory, reading,statistics, low voltage indicating, the calibration of the system, its performance to achieve the advanced level of international similar instruments.
The scope of application:
This instrument uses a magnetic thickness method, can be convenient for nondestructive measurement of the thickness of the non magnetic coatings of ferromagneticmaterials, such as iron and steel on the surface of the zinc, copper, chromium coating or paint, enamel, glass,steel, plastics, asphalt coating thickness. The apparatus is widely used in machinery, automobile, shipbuilding,petroleum, chemical, electroplating, spray, enamel, plasticindustry etc..
Working principle.
Type MC-2000D coating (plating) layer thickness testeruses electromagnetic induction method for measurement of coating (plating) layer thickness. Magnetic loop probeon the component surface produces a closed, with theprobe and the distance between the ferromagnetic material changes, the magnetic circuit will change to a different degree, cause changes in reluctance and probe coil inductance. Using this principle can accurately measure the probe and the distance between the ferromagnetic materials, coating (plating) layer thickness.
