MC-2010A型涂鍍層測厚儀應用范圍：本儀器采用磁性測厚法，可以方便無損地測量鐵磁材料上非磁性涂層的厚度，如鋼鐵表面上的鋅、銅、鉻等鍍層或油漆、搪瓷、玻璃鋼、噴塑、瀝青等涂層的厚度。該儀器廣泛應用于機械、汽車、造船、石油、化工、電鍍、噴塑、搪瓷、塑料等行業。 
MC-2010A型涂鍍層測厚儀工作原理：MC-2010A型涂（鍍）層測厚儀采用電磁感應法測量涂（鍍）層的厚度。位于部件表面的探頭產生一個閉合的磁回路，隨著探頭與鐵磁性材料間的距離的改變，該磁回路將不同程度的改變，引起磁阻及探頭線圈電感的變化。利用這一原理可以精確地測量探頭與鐵磁性材料間的距離，即涂（鍍）層厚度。
