FQR-7505型渦流探傷儀Flaw detector
FQR-7505型渦流探傷儀能迅速、方便、直觀的檢測電導率為0.5-60s/m的各種金屬及石墨等表面的微小裂紋或折疊層，并且不受金屬表面的薄絕緣層如陽極化層、油漆、油污、氧化膜等影響。對平面或有規則試樣能很有效的進行檢測，在配有專用探頭或其他附加夾具后，可檢查凹槽邊緣裂紋及內孔、錐型的內壁裂紋。儀器可同時用于非鐵鋼材和奧氏體金屬并附有燈光報警和音響報警，還可用于金屬混料分選。儀器廣泛用于機械制造工業的零部件把關、飛機和發動機的維修、鐵路機車的氣閥（氣門芯）的檢測。儀器具有操作簡便，性能可靠、耐用，攜帶方便等特點。FQR-7505 type eddy current flaw detector Flaw detector
FQR-7505 type eddy current flaw detector can rapidly,conveniently, intuitively detect the conductivity of 0.5-60s/m micro cracks of various metal and graphite surfaceor folding layer, and is not affected by the metal surface of the thin insulating layer such as anodized layer, paint,oil, and other effects of oxide film. The regular samplecan be very effective for detection of plane or, with a special probe or other additional fixture, wall crack cancheck the groove edge crack and hole, conical. The instrument can be also used for non iron steel and austenitic metal and a light alarm and sound alarm, but also can be used for metal mixture separation.Instruments are widely used in machinery manufacturingindustry to ensure the parts, aircraft and engine repair,railway locomotive valve (the valve core) detection. The instrument has the advantages of simple operation,reliable performance, durable, easy to carry.

8 equipment: a host, non iron (non-magnetic) probe two,aluminum test piece. Iron (magnetic material) or austenitic(stainless steel) probe two block, iron block a (special probe can be configured according to user needs).
The 9 is additionally equipped with probe: a specialsensor of the instrument can be used for matching with various shapes, boiler, pressure vessel, pipeline crackdetection and grade separation.
