1，本機適用于鐵線、不繡鋼線、鍍鋅線、鋁線、水（粉）抽線等金屬線材的調直切斷。

3, 送線輪、切刀等采用優質合金鋼，并通過真空熱處理，耐磨性強，使用壽命延長。調直塊可采用鑄鐵、合金、塑料王等，所有軸類部件全部采用40CR或45#鋼，并經調直處理，齒輪則全部采用鍛坯，經高直及齒面高頻淬火，硬度高達HRC55-58度。
