彩石金屬瓦的結(jié)構(gòu)
鍍鋁鋅鋼板是由55%鋁，43.4%鋅和1.6%硅組成的電鍍液經(jīng)電鍍而成的，其加工性、涂裝性與鍍鋅鋼板基本相同。
鍍鋁鋅上面為耐指紋涂層，耐指紋涂層起到保護(hù)鍍鋁鋅層的作用，同時(shí)耐指紋涂層能使鍍鋁鋅鋼板與彩色砂粒進(jìn)行更好粘結(jié)，耐指紋涂層的顏色分為無(wú)色透明和淡綠色。

彩石金屬瓦施工工藝及流程
施工前準(zhǔn)備→ 基面處理→ 節(jié)點(diǎn)（出屋面管道、泛水、天溝等）部位加強(qiáng)防水層處理→ 防水墊層鋪設(shè)→ 順?biāo)畻l鋪設(shè)→ （或設(shè)計(jì)要求需要做保溫材料鋪設(shè)的）→ 掛瓦條鋪設(shè)→ 圣戈邦彩石金屬瓦鋪設(shè)→ 整體、組織驗(yàn)收→ 收尾、結(jié)束工程。
1） 安全措施
1.1 在施工過(guò)程中，必須遵守“先防護(hù)、后施工”的規(guī)定，保利溫泉金屬瓦，施工人員必須佩戴安全帽、穿工作服、軟底鞋，嚴(yán)禁在沒(méi)有任何設(shè)防的情況下的作業(yè)。
1.2 施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)一切用電設(shè)施須安裝漏電保護(hù)裝置，施工用電動(dòng)工具須正確按操作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)使用。
1.3 圣戈邦彩石金屬瓦施工時(shí)的安全技術(shù)、勞動(dòng)保護(hù)等應(yīng)按國(guó)家有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。
1.4 圣戈邦彩石金屬瓦施工時(shí)除應(yīng)按本手冊(cè)執(zhí)行外，仿古金屬瓦圖片，凡本手冊(cè)未涉及部分均應(yīng)符合《屋面工程技術(shù)規(guī)范》、《屋面工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》及《坡屋面工程技術(shù)規(guī)范》的有關(guān)規(guī)定。
2） 主要施工機(jī)具
施工機(jī)具圖片： 設(shè)備名稱：304 不銹螺紋鋼釘專用、鋼排釘專用、手動(dòng)切割機(jī)、304 不銹鋼螺紋卷釘、空壓機(jī)、翻邊鉗子、鐵皮剪、水泥鋼排釘。
