1.1 Is there a clear Health and Safety Policy?
能否有清楚的健康安全方針？
1.2 Are health and safety training records kept? Such as training for the hazards associates with their job, PPE, and safe use of machinery etc.

1.3 Are hazardous activities / substances storage and usage comply with the local legislation?Are the risk of harm from hazardous substances/activities minimised through the provision of safety equipment, signage, training and a safe factory infrastructure.

2. Hygiene 清潔
2.1 Does factory provide a clean and hygienic place of work and rest consistent with local standards and the nature of the industry?

2.2 Do policies exist restricting smoking to named areas?
