ICS驗廠標準條款
1.禁止童工
在家樂福憲章里, 我們要求我們的供應商不構成童工小于15歲 (協議 ILO (國際勞動組織)). (除了協議 ILO(國際勞動組織) 對于發展中國家 = 14 歲)
地方規定比我們憲章更嚴厲的時候，地方規定申請 (不包括: 在中國在16歲前工作)
地方規定比我們憲章不嚴厲的時候，(不包括: 在孟加拉國, 從12歲工作), 無論如何，憲章規定要大于14歲.
禁止強迫，抵押，契約和犯人勞動
2.無強迫的，無威脅或無意的勞動

工人可自由的離開在給予的合理通知
工人不需要住房金和身份證

ICS認證審核特點如下：
1、工資考勤要看一年的（第一次做的時候）；
2、要看計件系統的計算方式及計件單；
3、月生產記錄；
4、急救培訓內容及培訓證明；
5、廠醫務人員的專業資格證書或牌照；
6、各類認證證件（如ISO9000\SA8000\WRAP\ISO14000\certificate）；
7、工廠及其外發的生產計劃。其他方面與普通驗廠一樣。
