The service life of buried pipeline with 3PE anticorrosive technology can be as long as 50 years in early 1996.3PE防腐鋼管指的就是鋼管在不同的工作環境中保證工作鋼管內溫度與表面溫度同時為減緩或防止在外介質的化學、電化學作用下或者由微生物的代謝活動而被侵蝕和變質的保溫防腐措施。防腐的方法一般就是用涂料致密的涂敷在經過除銹的金屬管道表面上，使其與各種腐蝕性介質隔絕，這也是鋼管防腐*近本的方法之一，外壁防腐涂層，管道外壁涂層材料種類和使用條件，內壁防腐涂層為了防止管內腐蝕、降低摩擦阻力提高輸量而涂于管子內壁的薄膜，防腐保溫涂層是在中、小口徑的熱輸原you或燃料的官道上，為了減少管道向土壤散熱，在管道外部加上保溫和防腐的復合層。如果外護管是聚乙烯管，就沒有必要在做防腐的錯失了。因為聚乙烯具有優良的耐低溫性能，化學穩定性好，能耐大多數酸堿的侵蝕，常溫下不溶于一般溶劑，吸水性小。3PE anticorrosive steel pipe refers to the heat preservation and anticorrosive measures that ensure the inner temperature and surface temperature of the steel pipe in different working environment at the same time to slow down or prevent corrosion and deterioration under the chemical and electrochemical action of the external medium or by the metabolic activity of microorganisms. Because polyethylene has excellent low temperature resistance, good chemical stability, can resist most of the acid and alkali corrosion, insoluble in ordinary solvents at room temperature, water absorption is small.

 3PE防腐層通常采用液體環氧或熔結環氧粉末作底漆，我廠采用熔結環氧粉末作底漆。環氧粉末通過靜電直接涂敷在鋼管表面, 其作用是與共聚物膠粘劑形成化學粘接, 具有you秀的耐腐蝕和抗陰剝離的性能。中間層為共聚物膠粘劑, 起到與底層環氧粉末和外層聚乙烯防護層粘接的作用，它與環氧粉末底層有好的化學粘合力, 能夠抵抗土壤運動、溫度變化引起的剪切力。外層為高密度聚乙烯防護層，具有優良的抗潮氣性能，可以保護環氧粉末底層及膠粘劑層。這樣組成的三層結構具有耐化學腐蝕和良好的抗沖擊性能。 

 當地另一家鋼廠，合資企業，生鐵年產能近700萬噸，生產裝備有燒結機4臺，其中600㎡的1臺、180㎡的兩臺、132㎡的1臺，可燒結1000萬噸礦石，另有10㎡豎爐兩座，年產球團礦120萬噸。同時，鋼廠擁有兩座2300立方高爐、4座450立方高爐、4座120噸轉爐，5座精煉爐、3臺板坯連鑄機、1臺方坯連鑄機，鋼材年產能600萬噸。另外，還擁有兩條板材生產線，其中，中板年產能120萬噸，寬厚板年產能240萬噸;3條線材生產線，年產能240萬噸。“今年鋼材銷售良好，下游主要以鋼結構、管線、橋梁、造船、風電、工程機械為主，上半年訂單數量一直呈增加趨勢，當前，訂單已經排到11月底。銷售上采用鎖價模式，以銷定產。其中，70%銷往周邊，30%南下。”上述鋼廠相關人士說。
  期貨日報記者在調研中得知，目前，不少鋼廠處于滿產狀態。調研的企業，均已上馬環保設備，所以并未受到環保限產影響，多數企業在廢鋼使用比例上反而出現增長，以至于今年產量普遍高于去年。11月開始，北方需求將快速下滑，鋼廠預計，10月中旬啟動的北材南下，數量同比增長5%左右。
  國投安信期貨黑色首席分析師曹穎認為，北材南下的根本驅動是鋼材市場區域間表現存在差異，只要南北價差足夠大，能完全覆蓋運費及其他雜費，鋼材就會自北方市場部分流向南方市場。最終，促使區域間價差縮窄至合理水平。
