2.1，開機前準備

2.1 Prepare before

2.1.1安裝機器

2.1.1 Install the machine

機器開箱到生產場地后，前段送料系統和后段收料臺是折疊狀態，需要人工往上放平后方可開機準備，具體操作需兩側螺絲拆開放平后再找到對應的螺絲孔上好螺絲固定，屏幕方向4顆M8內六角螺絲，對面2顆M8螺絲，如圖

1.2 手動開機狀態下調整好機器的書本檔邊位置，使之與機架邊緣平行，另一擋位在人工放料使用下可以適當放開距離或者拆開不用。

適當調整上下輸送鏈條的壓緊力度（手拉書本不動為宜），在觸摸屏界面設置調好主機運行速度，先期調節到10-20頻率為好（如圖），根據熟練程度再增加或減少。

調整好書本來料監測電眼時間，一般為2-3秒為宜（正常生產）

2.3，手動開機狀態利用手持點動開關按鈕慢慢輸送書本，調整書本厚度壓條使之平行于下支撐板，無需太緊，書本能自由走動為佳（如下圖）。

回位彈簧力量大小適當調節合適的力度（如下圖）

2.4，適當調節送料皮帶無極調速器書本間距位置，根據開機速度和產品的需求適當調整間距，一般為2CM左右為宜。
