1．安全操作注意事項 Notice of safety operate

1.2 了解機器各部分的作用和潛在危險區(qū)域，知道必要的安全措施。

1.3 啟動機器前，檢查機器各手柄，按鈕是否處于預定的工作位置。

1.4 如果書刊裝訂設(shè)備作時突然停止，不要馬上重新啟動，應該按下“總停”自鎖按鈕，檢查停機原因，待故障排除后方可重新啟動。                 If the machine suddenly stops working, do not restart immediately, you should press the "total stop" self-locking button, check the cause of the shutdown, to be troubleshooting before you can restart. 
1.5 不允許在書刊裝訂設(shè)備運轉(zhuǎn)時，維護運動零部件和靠近運動零部件的其他零部件。 It is not permissible to maintain moving parts and other parts near moving parts while the machine is running.
1.6 大面積保養(yǎng)或修理時，必須按下“停止”自鎖按鈕，切斷所以電源、氣源。Large area maintenance or repair, you must press the "stop" self-locking button, cut off the power supply, gas source. 
1.7 書刊裝訂設(shè)備在進行調(diào)整、保養(yǎng)和修理工作時，不得使用不適當?shù)墓ぞ摺９ぷ魍戤吅蟊仨毲謇頇z查機器上的工具和其他雜物，以免發(fā)生故障。 Undue tools should not be used for adjustment, maintenance and repair work. After the work must be cleaned to check the tools and other debris on the machine, so as to avoid failure.
1.8 在重新啟動機器前，應檢查所有安全設(shè)施是否處在正常位置，是否緊定，注意機器周圍的其他人員是否處在安全的位置。 Before restarting the machine, check that all safety devices are in their normal position, are they tightened, and that the rest of the machine is in a safe place.
1.9 保持書刊裝訂設(shè)備和周圍環(huán)境的清潔，及時清除掉落在地板上的油污，清理工作區(qū)的工具、抹布及碎紙廢料等。 Keep the machine and the surrounding environment clean, remove the oil on the floor in a timely manner, clean up the work area of the tools, rags and shredded scrap.

2.1 上料裝置的調(diào)整 Adjust the feed belt

  該工位可根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的寬窄來調(diào)節(jié)輸送料道的寬度，松開護罩1的固定螺絲123，然后根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的需要調(diào)整料道的寬窄。The position of the station can be adjusted according to the width of the product to adjust the width of the conveyor material, refer to (Picture 9) to release the cover screw 1 123, and then adjust the width of the material according to the needs of the material.

2.2書刊裝訂設(shè)備收料裝置的調(diào)整 Adjust the receive belt

3. 書刊裝訂設(shè)備推刀調(diào)試 Test push knife
