              PC耐力板

              PC(聚碳酸酯)耐力板又稱不碎玻璃,比重僅為一般玻璃的一半,抗沖擊力強,透明度高,搬運安裝省時省力,廣泛應用于商業建筑、居家裝飾、市政建設等。

               

              PC耐力板產品特點

              1、PC耐力板耐沖擊性:耐力板的沖擊力最大可達到3kg/m,PC耐力板的沖擊強度是普通玻璃的250-300倍,是亞克力板材的20-30倍,是鋼化玻璃的2倍,幾乎沒有斷裂的危險性。用3kg錘以下兩米墜下也無裂痕,有防彈玻璃之美稱。

              2、PC耐力板透光性:UV涂層板在太陽光下爆曬不會產生黃變、霧化、透光不佳。

              3、PC耐力板耐候性:表面有防紫外線的共擠層,可防止太陽光紫外線引起的樹脂變黃。

              4、PC耐力板耐燃性:耐力板本身不自燃并具有的自熄性。符合歐盟ROHS指令及嚴格的UL安全規范,UL94防火等級達到V0級、V2級、HB級。PC板自身燃點是630攝氏度,離火后自熄,燃燒時不會產生有毒氣體,不會助長火勢的蔓延

              5、PC耐力板耐熱性、耐寒性:在攝氏-40+120溫度范圍內不會引起變形等品質劣化。PC板在-100時不發生冷脆,在135時不軟化,在惡劣的環境中,機械性能等均無明顯變化。

              6、PC耐力板輕硬性:重量輕,只有玻璃的一半,便于搬運、鉆孔、截斷安裝時,不易斷裂,施工簡便加工。

              7、PC耐力板隔音性:PC板隔音效果明顯,比同等厚度的玻璃和亞加力板有更佳的音響絕緣性,在厚度相同的條件下,PC板的隔聲量比玻璃提高3—4DB。在國際上是高速公路隔音屏障的首選材料。

              產品應用范圍


              1、用于建材行業:聚碳酸酯板材具有良好的透光性,抗沖擊性,耐紫外線輻射及其制品的尺寸穩定性和良好的成型加工性能,使其比建筑業傳統使用的無機玻璃具有明顯的技術性能優勢。

              2、用于汽車制造工業:聚碳酸酯具有良好的抗沖擊、抗熱畸變性能,而且耐候性好、硬度高,因此適用于生產轎車和輕型卡車的各種零部件,其主要集中在照明系統、儀表板、加熱板、除霜器及聚碳酸酯合金制的保險杠等。

              3、用于生產醫療器械:由于聚碳酸酯制品可經受蒸汽、清洗劑、加熱和大劑量輻射消毒,且不發生變黃和物理性能下降,因而被廣泛應用于人工腎血液透析設備和其他需要在透明、直觀條件下操作并需反復消毒的醫療設備中。如生產高壓注射器、外科手術面罩、一次性牙科用具、血液分離器等  

              4、用于航空、航天領域:近年來,隨著航空、航天技術的迅速發展,據統計,僅一架波音型飛機上所用聚碳酸酯部件就達2500個,單機耗用聚碳酸酯約2噸。而在宇宙飛船上則采用了數百個不同構型并由玻璃纖維增強的聚碳酸酯部件及宇航員的防護用品等  

              5、用于包裝領域:由于聚碳酸酯制品具有質量輕,抗沖擊和透明性好,用熱水和腐蝕性溶液洗滌處理時不變形且保持透明的優點,目前一些領域PC瓶已完全取代玻璃瓶。

              6、用于電子電器領域:由于聚碳酸酯在較寬的溫、濕度范圍內具有良好而恒定的電絕緣性,是優良的絕緣材料。同時,其良好的難燃性和尺寸穩定性,使其在電子電器行業形成了廣闊的應用領域。聚碳酸酯樹脂主要用于生產各種食品加工機械,電動工具外殼、機體、支架、冰箱冷凍室抽屜和真空吸塵器零件等。而且對于零件精度要求較高的計算機、視頻錄像機和彩色電視機中的重要零部件方面,聚碳酸酯材料也顯示出了極高的使用價值。  

              7、用于光學透鏡領域:聚碳酸酯以其獨特的高透光率、高折射率、高抗沖性、尺寸穩定性及易加工成型等特點,在該領域占有極其重要的位置。采用光學級聚碳酸配制作的光學透鏡不僅可用于照相機、顯微鏡、望遠鏡及光學測試儀器等,還可用于電影投影機透鏡、復印機透鏡、紅外自動調焦投影儀透鏡、激光束打印機透鏡,以及各種棱鏡、多面反射鏡等諸多辦公設備和家電領域,其應用市場極為廣闊。

              PC耐力板保養與清潔

              按照正確的步驟,用適合的清潔溶劑和工具定期清洗板材,能使板材美觀,并能延長板材使用壽命

              1、用清水(60℃以下)沖洗

              2、清潔的軟布或海棉蘸中性皂液或洗滌劑輕輕清洗板面上的灰塵和污垢,嚴禁使用粗纖維織物或刷子等接觸板面,絕對不可用刮板、剃刀或其它尖利的工具刮陽光板

              3、再次用水沖洗

              4、板面若有油脂、未干油漆、膠跡等,可用蘸有無水酒精的軟布擦掉

              5、清潔完后,用冷水沖洗再用軟布擦干板材,防止留下水斑

              建議使用溶劑清洗

              無水酒精,石油醚(BP65o),已烷

              特別注意

              不適用的清洗劑是堿性溶液、它會侵蝕板面。禁用酯類、酮類、鹵代烴類及一切可使聚碳酸酯溶解或溶脹的物質
