Nickel 61 焊絲AWS A 5.14, ERNi-1提供材質書
Nickel 61 焊絲主要用于Nickel 200和201合金的鎢極氣體保護焊、熔化極氣體保護焊和埋弧焊接，也可用于鋼的堆焊。當其用于埋弧焊接時，要匹配使用INCOFLUX 6 埋弧焊劑。焊縫金屬中鈦和碳產生反應使游離態的碳降到比較低的水平，因此這種焊條可以用于Nickel 201合金的焊接。焊縫金屬具有優異的耐蝕性能，特別是耐堿金屬腐蝕的能力。

Nickel 61 welding wire is mainly used for the tungsten gas shielded welding, melting polar gas welding and submerged arc welding of Nickel 200 and 201 alloy, and also used for surfacing of steel. When it is used for submerged arc welding, it is used to match the INCOFLUX 6 submerged arc welding agent. The welding of titanium and carbon in the weld metal causes the carbon to be reduced to a lower level, so this electrode can be used for the welding of Nickel 201 alloy. Weld metal has excellent corrosion resistance, especially corrosion resistance of alkali metal.
Nickel 61 welding wire can be used for various welding situations including Nickel 200, 201 alloy and stainless steel, carbon steel, INCONEL alloy, INCOLOY alloy, copper - Nickel alloy and MONEL alloy. It can also be used for welding between MONEL alloys and copper-nickel alloys with carbon steel, as well as between copper and nickel alloys with INCONEL alloys or INCOLOY alloys.
