城市污水按來源可分為生活污水、工業廢水和徑流污水.
1、生活污水
生活污水主要來自家庭、機關、商業和城市公用設施.其中主要是糞便和洗滌污水,集中排入城市下水道管網系統,輸送至污水處理廠進行處理后排放.其水量水質明顯具有晝夜周期性和季節周期變化的特點.
2、 工業廢水
工業廢水在城市污水中的比重,因城市工業生產規模和水平而不同,可從百分之幾到百分之幾十.其中往往含有腐蝕性、有毒、有害、難以生物降解的污染物.因此,工業廢水必須進行處理,達到一定標準后方能排入生活污水系統.生活污水和工業廢水的水量以及兩者的比例決定著城市污水處理的方法、技術和處理程度.
3、城市徑流污水
城市徑流污水是雨雪淋洗城市大氣污染物和沖洗建筑物、地面、廢渣、垃圾而形成的.這種污水具有季節變化和成分復雜的特點,在降雨初期所含污染物甚至會高出生活污水多倍.
生活污水生活污水是指城市機關、學校和居民在日常生活中產生的廢水,包括廁所糞尿、洗衣洗澡水、廚房等家庭排水以及商業、醫院和游樂場所的排水等.
