工業污水處理方案：

來自生產車間的生產廢水0.5m3/h，通過廠區內自流管道自流至隔油調節池，將污水中部分懸浮石油去除，在調節池內進行PH的調節。

隔油調節池的廢水經過P1泵提升至斜管沉淀器，在沉淀器內通過加藥絮凝作用將廢水中的金屬離子及懸浮物去除。經斜管沉淀器作用后，廢水自流進溶氣氣浮機，通過氣浮機的微小溶氣氣泡將污水中大部分懸浮油以及乳化油去除，氣浮過程中為更好的去處浮油以及懸浮物需通過加藥裝置投加PAC、PAM，通過絮凝劑的絮凝作用，將污水中的小顆粒懸浮物絮凝成大顆粒懸浮物，更高速有效的去處水中的浮油以及懸浮物，為后續的生化部分提供條件。污水經氣浮機除油后進入一體化處理裝置。

一體化處理裝置；一體化廢水處理裝置分水解酸化段、接觸氧化段、和二沉池；實現廢水水處理的生化全過程，二沉池設置污泥回流泵P2，實現A/O工藝的硝化液回流，保證初期的污泥量及生化處理的效果。
