工藝流程簡介 

生活污水首先流至粗、細(xì)格柵去除粗大懸浮物及漂浮物后流入集水池，集水池出水經(jīng)泵（考慮來水埋深可能較深，故設(shè)置提升泵）提升至調(diào)節(jié)池，在池內(nèi)進(jìn)行均質(zhì)、均量的調(diào)節(jié)，出水經(jīng)提升泵提升至生化系統(tǒng)（缺氧池+接觸氧化池），在缺氧內(nèi)進(jìn)行反硝化，通過反硝化細(xì)菌將污水中的硝態(tài)氮（包括接觸氧化池混合液回流中的硝態(tài)氮）轉(zhuǎn)化為氮氣，在接觸氧化池內(nèi)通入空氣，以滿足好氧菌對氧氣的需求，同時通過空氣攪拌使池內(nèi)污泥與污水充分混合，增加污水與好氧菌接觸機率，促進(jìn)水中污染物的降解，較快去除水中污染物質(zhì)；好氧池內(nèi)的出水自流進(jìn)入二沉池，進(jìn)行泥水分離；二沉池上清液經(jīng)消毒后達(dá)標(biāo)排放。 

二沉池的污泥排至污泥濃縮池，經(jīng)濃縮后送至帶式壓濾機脫水；脫水污泥外運處置，污泥濃縮池上清液和帶機壓濾液回流至集水池。

Introduction to process flow

Sewage flow first to coarse and fine screen after removing bulky suspended solids and debris into the collecting basin, collecting basin water through the pump (consider possible water depth is deeper, so set the lift pump) to adjust pool, homogeneous in the pool, the average adjustment, the lift pump water up to the biochemical system (anaerobic pool + contact oxidation pool), in anoxic denitrification, nitrate nitrogen in wastewater by denitrifying bacteria (including the contact oxidation pool backflow of no3 -- n) mixture into nitrogen gas, in the contact oxidation pool into the air, in order to meet the demand for oxygen in aerobic bacteria, at the same time, through the air mixing pool sludge and sewage mixed fully, increasing chances sewage contact with aerobic bacteria, promote the degradation of pollutants in water, quickly remove the water pollution; The flow of water from the aerobic tank enters the sink, and the mud water is separated. After disinfection, the two sinks were disinfected.

The sludge of the two sinks is drained into the sludge concentration tank, which is then condensed and sent to the belt filter press for dehydration. Dehydration sludge disposal, the sludge concentrate and the filter fluid flow back to the collecting tank.
