一 紡織印染廢水 工程概況

  青島某新建工業(yè)園規(guī)劃面積為2126畝，院內(nèi)工業(yè)以織布、染整和縫紉為主。園區(qū)廢水處理工程分三期完成，每期5000m3/d，本設(shè)計(jì)是一期工程，2014年施工,2015年運(yùn)行，接納的廢水主要是印染漂洗水、退漿和漂白廢水，本工藝設(shè)計(jì)不含絲光工藝廢水，該水已進(jìn)行堿回收。

二 紡織印染廢水 處理工藝

1    設(shè)計(jì)廢水水質(zhì)

本工程原水設(shè)計(jì)水質(zhì)和處理要求見下表。處理出水執(zhí)行國家《污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（GB8978-96中的二級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）

The planned area of a new industrial park in Qingdao is 2126 mu, and the courtyard industry is mainly weaving, dyeing and sewing. 2   處理工藝 

從本工程廢水特征來看，有機(jī)污染物含量較高，生化性比較差，pH值變化大，并且色度比較高。廢水中含有染料、漿料、助劑、油劑、酸堿、纖維雜質(zhì)、砂類物質(zhì)等。

  針對(duì)于廢水的特點(diǎn)，預(yù)處理主要有自動(dòng)格柵、中和反應(yīng)池、曝氣調(diào)節(jié)池、初沉池等單元，預(yù)處理主要是為了去除懸浮物及可直接沉降的雜質(zhì)，調(diào)整pH值，調(diào)節(jié)廢水水質(zhì)及水量等，確保后續(xù)生物處理系統(tǒng)的處理效率。為了達(dá)到較高的COD去除率，降低出水中COD的濃度，在二級(jí)生物處理中采用半推流式活性污泥系統(tǒng)，其抗沖擊負(fù)荷能力明顯強(qiáng)于傳統(tǒng)推流式系統(tǒng)，處理效率高于傳統(tǒng)完全混合式。針對(duì)原水色度高的特點(diǎn)，同時(shí)為了進(jìn)一步去除COD，在深度處理中采用了混凝沉淀脫色+曝氣生物濾池的兩級(jí)工藝，保證了出水達(dá)標(biāo)排放。

三 紡織印染廢水工程設(shè)計(jì)

1    紡織印染廢水工程平面設(shè)計(jì)

本項(xiàng)目位于生產(chǎn)區(qū)，占地面積11796㎡，長120m，寬98.3m，南北向布置。廢水由西南側(cè)原廢水儲(chǔ)池經(jīng)泵提升進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)，經(jīng)一系列處理后的廢水自流排向處理廠北側(cè)的市政污水管道。

紡織印染廢水工程高程設(shè)計(jì) 

本項(xiàng)目高程設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)，地面標(biāo)高作為處理系統(tǒng)的相對(duì)標(biāo)高±0.00，地下構(gòu)筑物標(biāo)高-6.00m，地上建筑物頂標(biāo)高＋6.00m，地上建筑物頂標(biāo)高+6.00。除格柵井、調(diào)節(jié)池、濃縮池和清水池外，其他設(shè)施大部分采用地上式，

 電氣及自動(dòng)控制設(shè)計(jì)

本印染廢水處理工程用電負(fù)荷以380V為主，一期總裝機(jī)容量為478kW，其中運(yùn)行功率190kW，設(shè)置總配、變電室。本工程采用集中與現(xiàn)場相結(jié)合，手動(dòng)與自動(dòng)相結(jié)合的控制模式。自動(dòng)控制以水位控制為主，調(diào)節(jié)池、清水池和中間水池設(shè)液位控制，機(jī)械格柵設(shè)時(shí)間控制。

四  運(yùn)行情況

1 監(jiān)測結(jié)果

2012~2013年進(jìn)行廢水處理工程設(shè)計(jì)；2013~2014年進(jìn)行廢水處理工程施工、設(shè)備和管道安裝、工藝調(diào)試；2015年廢水處理工程正式運(yùn)行。

2 treatment process

In terms of the characteristics of wastewater from this project, organic pollutants have higher content, less biochemical and higher pH value, and higher chromaticity. The waste water contains dyes, slurry, auxiliaries, oilers, acid and alkali, fiber impurities, sand substances, etc.

According to the characteristics of wastewater in, pretreatment mainly include automatic grille, neutralization reaction pool, aeration regulating pond, pond, and other units, in the early settlement of pretreatment is to remove suspended solids and can be directly impurities, adjust pH value, adjusting effluent water quality and water, etc., to ensure the processing efficiency of the subsequent biological treatment system. In order to achieve higher COD removal rate, reduce the concentration of COD in water, in the secondary biological treatment using half pushed streaming in activated sludge system, its ability to resist impact load obviously stronger than the traditional push streaming system, processing efficiency is higher than the conventional hybrid. In order to further remove COD, the two-stage process of coagulation precipitation decolorization + aeration bio-filter is adopted in the depth treatment, which ensures the discharge of water discharge.

Electrical and automatic control design

The power load of this printing and dyeing wastewater treatment project is mainly 380V, with a total installed capacity of 478kW, of which the operating power is 190kW, and the total fitting and transformer room are set. This project adopts the combination of focus and field, manual and automatic control mode. The automatic control is mainly controlled by water level control, the regulating pool, the water tank and the middle water tank set the level control, the mechanical grille set time control.
