質(zhì)量保證
1 賣(mài)方保證所提供設(shè)備是全新的、在交付時(shí)沒(méi)有材質(zhì)或工藝上的缺陷且符合買(mǎi)方提出的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及規(guī)范；
2 賣(mài)方應(yīng)保證其出售的設(shè)備科提供正常和恰當(dāng)?shù)厥褂茫⑶以诮?jīng)過(guò)正確安裝、正常操作和保養(yǎng)的前提下，在設(shè)備的壽命期內(nèi)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)良好；

六 設(shè)備的安裝調(diào)試驗(yàn)收
1 設(shè)備交貨后，賣(mài)方應(yīng)在買(mǎi)方通知現(xiàn)場(chǎng)具備安裝條件時(shí)，在一周或更短的時(shí)間內(nèi)派技術(shù)人員到場(chǎng)安裝，并在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)安裝調(diào)試完畢，同時(shí)賣(mài)方負(fù)責(zé)安裝調(diào)試過(guò)程中所有因質(zhì)量缺陷而損壞的零部件免費(fèi)更換。
2 設(shè)備在賣(mài)方指導(dǎo)下安裝調(diào)試運(yùn)行后，買(mǎi)方和賣(mài)方共同對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行安裝調(diào)試驗(yàn)收，若賣(mài)方不參與聯(lián)合檢驗(yàn)，則視為同意買(mǎi)方的驗(yàn)收結(jié)果。設(shè)備經(jīng)安裝調(diào)試驗(yàn)收合格后，由雙方共同簽署《設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試驗(yàn)收結(jié)論單》。
