 該類廢水的主要特點(diǎn)是有機(jī)物濃度高，成分復(fù)雜含有石油類、胺類、酸類、破乳劑等污染物。除此之外水中含有難以解釋的大分子苯環(huán)物質(zhì)和濃度很高的SO2﹣4及其鹽類，這些物質(zhì)將嚴(yán)重抑制微生物對水中有機(jī)物的生物降解。因此，正確選用合適該類廢水處理工藝是處理成功與否的關(guān)鍵。

二  處理工藝流程及說明

調(diào)節(jié)池主要用于調(diào)節(jié)來水的水量和水質(zhì)的不均勻性。調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)間按8h設(shè)計(jì)

反應(yīng)池采用6格穿孔旋流反應(yīng)形式，孔口流速由1.0m/s逐格遞減至0.15m/s。反應(yīng)時(shí)間20min左右。

采用斜板沉淀池。斜板間距80mm，表面水力負(fù)荷2.1m3/(㎡?h).

水解酸化工藝主要用來使難易降解的苯環(huán)物質(zhì)、大分子有機(jī)物開環(huán)斷鏈，變?yōu)橐子谏锝到獾男》肿游镔|(zhì)，對改善廢水的可生化性，有利于后續(xù)好氧生物降解。

本工程設(shè)計(jì)水解酸化時(shí)間為15h,池內(nèi)設(shè)置彈性填料和水下曝氣裝置。

Process and descrtption of the process

The reaction pool was in the form of 6 - hole swirl flow, and the flow velocity was reduced by 1.0m/s to 0.15m/s. The reaction time is about 20min.

Use inclined plate sedimentation tank. Inclined plate spacing is 80 mm, the surface hydraulic load of 2.1 m after / ㎡ (h).

Hydrolysis acidification process is mainly used to make easy degradation of benzene ring material, macromolecule organic matter open loop chain scission, small molecules into easily biodegradable material, to improve the wastewater biological sex, is advantageous to the subsequent aerobic biodegradation.

The hydrolysis time of this engineering design is 15h, with elastic packing and underwater aeration device in the tank.

在SBR反應(yīng)池進(jìn)水端部設(shè)置生物選擇器（又稱與反應(yīng)區(qū)），使回流的活性污泥和原水中的有機(jī)物在此處達(dá)到充分混合和吸附，使回流的大量微生物得以淘劣選優(yōu)、培養(yǎng)和馴化，誘導(dǎo)出活性很強(qiáng)的微生物群體，并能抑制絲狀菌的生長和繁殖，對后續(xù)好氧反應(yīng)控制污泥膨脹具有重要作用。改反應(yīng)過程一般45min~60min即可完成。

SBR工藝又稱序批式間歇活性污泥法，是最近幾年國內(nèi)興起的集生物降解、沉淀、排水、排泥等功能于一體的污水生化處理工藝。在運(yùn)行過程中，采用PLC可編程序控制器，按時(shí)間和液位實(shí)現(xiàn)全過程自動控制。

本工程設(shè)置3座SBR反應(yīng)池，每池運(yùn)行周期12h。其中充水期4h，反應(yīng)期8h（其中包括充水期3.5h），沉淀期1.5h，排水期1.5h，閑置期0.5h，MLSS為3500mg/L.

The SBR process is also called sequential batch intermittent activated sludge method, which is a sewage and biochemical treatment process which has been developed in recent years in China, which integrates biological degradation, precipitation, drainage and sludge discharge. In the process of operation, PLC programmable controller is adopted to realize automatic control of the whole process by time and liquid level.

This project sets up three SBR reaction pools, each running cycle 12h. Among them, the water filling period was 4h, the reaction period was 8h (including the filling period of 3.5 h), the precipitation period was 1.5h, the drainage period was 1.5h, the idle period was 0.5 h, and the MLSS was 3500mg/L.

本工程污泥分為化學(xué)污泥和剩余活性污泥兩部分。前者經(jīng)初沉淀池排出，直接進(jìn)入污泥脫水系統(tǒng)；后者在每座SBR池里內(nèi)置1個(gè)8m×5m×8m的濃縮池，濃縮后的污泥經(jīng)提升泵回流至生物選擇器和水解酸化池，剩余污泥與化學(xué)污泥一起儲存于污泥池內(nèi)，進(jìn)行脫水外運(yùn)。污泥脫水設(shè)置5臺帶式壓榨過濾機(jī)，帶寬2m.

The sludge dewatering sets 5 belt type press filter, the bandwidth is 2m.

工程運(yùn)行效果

通過三個(gè)多月的效果和監(jiān)測，處理效果顯著，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)穩(wěn)定。其中在混合沉淀工藝中實(shí)際COD去除率為40%~50%，BOD5去除率為30%~50%。SS去除率為60%~70%；在水解酸化工藝中，COD去除率為25%~35%，BOD5去除率為20%~25%.

Engineering operation effect

Through more than three months of effect and monitoring, the treatment effect is remarkable, the operation is stable. In the mixed precipitation process, the actual COD removal rate was 40%~ 50%, and the removal rate of BOD5 was 30%~ 50%. The removal rate of SS is 60%~ 70%; In the hydrolytic acidification process, COD removal rate is 25%~ 35%, and BOD5 removal rate is 20%~25%.
