二、結構 其結構主要由過濾室、濾袋、凈氣室、卸灰閥、脈沖噴吹裝置、電控箱等組成，箱體全部采用焊接結構，檢修門用泡沫橡膠條密封，保證除塵 器嚴密不漏風。 三、工作原理 除塵器的工作原理如下：含塵氣體由下部敞開式法蘭進入過濾室，較粗顆粒直接落入灰倉，含塵氣體經濾袋過濾，粉塵阻留于袋表，凈氣經袋 口到凈氣室，由風機排入大氣。當濾袋表面的粉塵不斷增加，程控儀開始工作，逐個開啟脈沖閥，使壓縮空氣通過噴口對濾袋進行噴吹清灰， 使濾袋突然膨脹，在反向氣流的作用下，賦予袋表的粉塵迅速脫離濾袋落入灰倉，粉塵由卸灰閥排出。該產品有各種規(guī)格，過濾面積，處理風 量，按用戶實際需要，可專門設計.
