齒輪箱使用注意事項
一、減速機采用460#中負荷工業齒輪油，工作環境溫度為0~40℃。
二、首次使用100小時后，應洗干凈內腔換上新的齒輪油，以后每2000小時換油一次。
三、拆裝減速機時，應盡量避免錘擊，以免損壞正常機件。
四、使用時若發現軸伸或連接處有滲油現象，應及時更換骨架油封等密封件。一、售前服務
1、公司幫助用戶選型，確定型號，以及相關技術疑問解答。
2、為用戶提供減速機基本使用知識，包括減速機的使用與維修，減速機的裝配、不同型號產品使用特性等技術問題，凡用戶需要提供服務的，公司將派出好的工程技術人員為客戶服務。二、售中服務
1、凡公司用戶，公司均要為其制作用戶服務檔案。詢問貨到驗收情況，包括產品質量是否能滿足客戶需要，運輸方式、包裝情況及客戶的其它要求。
2、新開發的產品，向用戶介紹新產品，并協助用戶安裝，介紹使用方法及技術要求。
三、售后服務
