20CrMnMo是國家標準規定的一種合金結構鋼的牌號，是一種高強度的滲碳鋼。
先進行滲碳熱處理，再淬火加熱溫度850℃、油冷；200℃回火、空冷。淬火低溫回火后具有良好的綜合力學性能和低溫沖擊韌度；滲碳淬火后具有較高的抗彎強度和耐磨性能。常用于制造高硬度、高強度、高韌性的較大重要滲碳件，如曲軸、凸輪軸、連桿、齒輪軸、齒輪、銷軸等。
滲碳淬火后硬度高時磨削時易產生裂紋。

主要特性
高強度的高級滲碳鋼。強度高于15CrMnMo，塑性及韌性稍低，淬透性及力學性能比20CrMnTi高，淬火低溫回火后具有良好的綜合力學性能和低溫沖擊韌度。滲碳淬火后具有較高的抗彎強度和耐磨性能，但磨削時易產生裂紋。焊接性不好，適于電阻焊接，焊前需預熱，焊后需回火處理。切削加工性和熱加工性良好。

常用于制造高硬度、高強度、高韌性的較大重要滲碳件（其要求均高于15CrMnMo），如曲軸、凸輪軸、連桿、齒輪軸、齒輪、銷軸，還可代替12Cr2Ni4使用。

據海關總署最新統計快訊數據顯示，2015年9月我國出口鋼材1125萬噸，較上月增加152萬噸，同比增長32%；1-9月我國累計出口鋼材8311萬噸，同比增長27.2%。9月我國進口鋼材101萬噸，較上月減少1萬噸，同比下降25.7%；1-9月我國累計進口鋼材973萬噸，同比下降11.6%。2015年1-9月我國鋼材凈出口總量達到7338萬噸。

前一次中國鋼材出口月度高峰出現在2015年1月份，當時鋼材出口總量為1028.8萬噸；9月份鋼材出口量較高峰多出了96.2萬噸，增幅為9.35%。其實近期國內陸續傳出鋼材出口轉弱的言語，國外市場更是反傾銷調查不斷，但是9月份鋼材出口量創歷史新高再次驗證了中國鋼材的國際競爭力很強，當然這個競爭力主要來源價格低廉的優勢。

Mysteel國際站監測的數據顯示，目前螺紋鋼、熱軋卷板及中厚板（FOB）報價在280美金/噸左右，冷軋（FOB）報價在330美金/噸左右，鍍鋅（FOB）報價在400美金/噸左右，彩涂（FOB）報價在540美金/噸左右。

【全年鋼材出口量料突破1.1億噸】

上海鋼聯黑色研究基地研究認為2015年中國鋼材出口量將突破1.1億噸，凈出口量有望沖擊1億噸；這將對國內鋼材供應壓力形成有效的緩解。從近10年四季度國內鋼材出口量占比來看，最低的時候在2008年為17.96%，最高的時候在2014年為30.9%。當然2008年和2014年都擁有著特殊的背景，2008年恰逢全球金融危機爆發，而2014年則存在鋼鐵企業擔憂含硼鋼出口退稅政策取消而加速出口的因素。就四季度鋼材出口量同比增幅看，2011-2014年之間四季度鋼材出口量同比增幅在4.59%-84.2%不等，其中2014年增幅存在特殊原因需要剔除。
