18Cr2Ni4WA鋼含有較多的Cr、Ni等合金元素, 具有優(yōu)良的力學(xué)性能和工藝性能,被廣泛地用于制造高速、重載條件下的船用發(fā)動機(jī)、航空發(fā)動機(jī)、坦克發(fā)動機(jī)及其它大型機(jī)械的主要承載件,如曲軸、套齒、轉(zhuǎn)接盤、法蘭盤等。其可貴之處不僅在于該鋼具有良好的強(qiáng)韌性、低溫沖擊韌度、回火穩(wěn)定性以及較低的回火脆性和缺口敏感性,而且還在于獲得上述性能時,并不需要在淬火硬化時采用急冷措施。因為18Cr2Ni4WA鋼所具有的高淬透性,會使其在空冷時即可淬透。因此,對于截面較大、重載、使用溫 度變化大、形狀復(fù)雜、精度高的工件,是不可替代的 理想材料。但是,18Cr2Ni4WA鋼中的粗大晶粒組織會顯著降低鋼的強(qiáng)度和韌性,而且其顯微組織的遺傳傾向較大,該鋼的組織晶粒一旦粗大化,就很難通過一次正火徹底消除。本文力求從18Cr2Ni4WA鋼的熱處理工藝出發(fā),研究其對顯微組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。

央廣網(wǎng)臨沂9月25日消息（記者車麗）據(jù)中國之聲《央廣新聞》報道，環(huán)保部日前發(fā)布通知稱，山東省臨沂市大氣污染問題的整治基本達(dá)到督辦要求。經(jīng)研究，現(xiàn)在決定對山東省臨沂市大氣污染問題解除掛牌督辦。

   今年2月份，環(huán)保部曾在山東臨沂等地開展專項督察行動，發(fā)現(xiàn)山東臨沂市13家企業(yè)存在環(huán)保問題。隨后，臨沂市就成立了以市政府主要負(fù)責(zé)人為組長的大氣污染防治攻堅行動領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組進(jìn)行“鐵腕治污”。現(xiàn)在環(huán)保部華東督查中心6月29日至7月2日對山東省臨沂市約談?wù)那闆r的督察結(jié)果顯示，臨沂大氣污染綜合整治取得了扎實成效，企業(yè)環(huán)境違法行為也得到有效遏制，一些歷史遺留問題逐步得到解決，環(huán)境質(zhì)量明顯改善。

其實早在8月21日，2月份被責(zé)令改正的臨沂三德特鋼就已恢復(fù)正常生產(chǎn)；9月17日，臨沂華盛江泉集團(tuán)所屬臨沂江鑫鋼鐵有限公司年產(chǎn)280萬噸鋼鐵項目環(huán)保備案工作也順利通過山東省環(huán)境保護(hù)廳核準(zhǔn)批復(fù)。近期，關(guān)于“臨沂藍(lán)”的照片也不斷在朋友圈、微博刷屏，種種跡象也表明此次臨沂鐵腕治污取得了階段性成果。

   環(huán)保部此次發(fā)布的通知說，山東省環(huán)保廳督促臨沂市人民政府和有關(guān)部門積極開展整治，并且向環(huán)保部提交了解除掛牌督辦的申請，現(xiàn)在環(huán)保部華東環(huán)境保護(hù)核查中心對案件的整改情況進(jìn)行核查，目前山東臨沂的大氣污染防止情況，基本上符合了督辦的要求，所以經(jīng)研究決定，環(huán)保部決定對山東臨沂的大氣污染問題解除掛牌督辦。環(huán)保部還要求，山東環(huán)保廳來督促臨沂市人民政府針對相關(guān)企業(yè)違規(guī)項目的不同情況，盡快地進(jìn)行分類處理，分別予以淘汰、規(guī)范和完善，并且按照山東省政府規(guī)定的時限來完成清理整改的任務(wù)。
