１２ＣｒＮｉ３Ａ珠光體型滲碳鋼在淬火后低溫回火 或高溫回火都有良好的綜合力學(xué)性能。其低溫韌性好，缺口敏感性小，切削加工性能良好，冷變形塑性 中等， 但有回火脆性和形成白點(diǎn)的傾向［１］ ，已用于制造飛機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)各類齒輪、軸、活塞漲圈、滾子等。采用１２ＣｒＮｉ３Ａ制造的航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)中傳動(dòng)齒和軸， 在工作中既受到強(qiáng)烈的摩擦，又受到很大的交變應(yīng)力和沖擊載荷作用，易發(fā)生疲勞和磨損。為了提高其耐磨性能，一般采用滲碳處理，使得表層獲得高的表面硬度、耐磨性及高的接觸疲勞強(qiáng)度，延長(zhǎng)零件的使用壽命。但是，滲碳處理溫度較高，在處理后工件的變形大， 滲碳層硬度和耐磨性提高有限。研究表明，采用機(jī)械研磨法、超聲噴丸等方法使得材料表面晶粒細(xì)化，晶界增多，這些表面區(qū)域高體積分?jǐn)?shù)的晶界為原子擴(kuò)散提供了理想的通道，有助于大幅度地提高材料表面化學(xué)元素的滲入濃度和深度，降低化學(xué)處理溫度和減少保溫時(shí)間， 有利于對(duì)精密零件實(shí)施有效的化學(xué)處理［２］ ，但是受加工設(shè)備和工件型面尺 寸等條件制約，難以實(shí)現(xiàn)廣泛的工業(yè)應(yīng)用。近年來(lái)發(fā)展的一種新型的表面強(qiáng)化技術(shù)— ——激光沖擊強(qiáng)化技術(shù)（ＬＳＰ） ，是通過激光誘導(dǎo)等離子體沖擊波在材料表面引起塑性變形，殘留較大的壓應(yīng)力［３］ ，同時(shí)使 得表層形成高密度位錯(cuò)，晶粒細(xì)化，甚至達(dá)到納米 級(jí)［ ４－７］，顯著提高材料的抗疲勞［８－１５］、耐磨損［１６］ 和抗應(yīng)力腐蝕［１７－２０ ］等性能。

The research shows that the grain size and grain boundary of the material surface can be improved by mechanical polishing method and ultrasonic peening method, which can improve the concentration and depth of chemical elements, reduce the temperature and reduce the heat preservation time. It is beneficial to implement effective chemical treatment for precision parts. However, it is difficult to realize a wide range of industrial applications. In recent years, a new type of surface strengthening technology, laser shock processing (LSP), is a new type of laser induced plasma shock wave in the material surface. The residual stress of the material is high density dislocation, grain size, and even reach the nano scale (15 7), and the anti fatigue of the material is significantly improved.
